On [SEPTEMBER] 9, 2026 at approximately 1754 hours, Dispatched advised a juvenile was possibly shot in the neck at [2700 BLOCK] Napier Avenue.

Upon arrival I Deputy Jammie Ricci made contact with an unresponsive black male I a bedroom to the right once entering the residence, later identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY] DOB: [REDACTED BY AGENCY] with a gunshot wound to the left side of his neck. I Applied pressure to the wound and began (CPR) Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation. I advised Tishon Lowe DOB: [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] DOB: [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who were in the room with me to step into the hallway.

Once the Bibb County Fire department arrived on scene and began rendering aid. I observed a Taurus G3C 9mm serial #AHD866455 was laying on the floor next to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] I secured the firearm in my patrol car due to both juveniles coming in and out of the room. Deputy M. Jones Arrived on scene and kept both Lowe, and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in the living room. Deputy Jones advised Lowe, mentioned another firearm a Taurus G2C 9mm serial #AGH329277 was in the closet in the same room where the shooting occur. I Spoke with the mother of Lowe [REDACTED] who was on scene gave permission to speak with Tishon Lowe.

Tishon stated he attended Central High School and after leaving school he went to his fathers house [2800 BLOCK] Columbus Road and stole his father black in color Taurus G3C mentioned above. Tishon stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY], [REDACTED BY AGENCY], and himself were playing with the firearms when his firearm went off. Tishon stated he then witnessed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] fall to the ground and blood began to pour from his neck.

I secured both firearms in my patrol car and ran both serial numbers through GCIC/NCIC and both came back not stolen. Investigator Hall arrived on scene, the case was turned over to him. Both Lowe and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] were transported to 111 3rd Street for questioning. Once Investigator Hall completed his questioning I then placed Lowe into double locked handcuffs per department policy and transported Lowe to the Bibb County Jail where he was turned over to jail staff.

I placed both firearms into evidence at the crime lab in evidence locker 007.
