On July 8, 2026, at approximately 00:50 hours I, Deputy M. Jones, was dispatched to [6200 BLOCK] Thomaston Rd. apt [REDACTED] in Macon-Bibb County, Ga. The call was in reference to a domestic.

Upon my arrival I made contact with [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] accused Travis Aycock of attacking her.

[VICTIM #1] stated that she walked to a nearby convenience store for snacks along with Travis and other friends. While en route Travis was walking in the road. [VICTIM #1] advised Travis multiple times that it was not safe to do that. Once they returned, Travis grew angry and punched [VICTIM #1] multiple times in the face. [VICTIM #1] advised me that she and Travis had been friends since 3rd grade.

I interviewed two witnesses. [WITNESS #1], a friend of [VICTIM #1], gave a testimony identical to [VICTIM #1]’s. [WITNESS #1] admitted that everyone had been drinking alcohol. [WITNESS #1] contacted Travis via phone and allowed me to listen in on the call. Travis insisted that [VICTIM #1] told him to “run up” which ignited the fight. [WITNESS #1] repeatedly told Travis that he was wrong and that he hit [VICTIM #1] first.

[WITNESS #2] explained to me that he is a tenant in the building and heard the commotion. Once he stepped outside, he witnessed Travis exit a vehicle, approach [VICTIM #1], and attack her. [WITNESS #1] called 911.

[VICTIM #1] had multiple injuries to her face. She had a knot above her left eyebrow. A bloody laceration on the bridge of her nose. [VICTIM #1]’s right eyelid had a laceration as well. She also had a small abrasion on her left knee. [VICTIM #1] was treated on scene by EMS and then transported to Atrium Navicent. She was showing symptoms of a concussion per EMS.

I took photos of [VICTIM #1]’s injuries.

I was not able to make contact with Travis due to him not being on scene and his home address being outside of my jurisdiction. I did have [VICTIM #1] verify his identity while at Atrium Navicent. A warrant will be filed.
