On Friday, 10/18/24, at approximately 00:59 hours, I, Deputy Hubbard (2359), along with Deputy Raines, were dispatched to the residence of [2100 BLOCK] Felton Ave., the Felton Homes Apartment, Apartment [REDACTED], about a Domestic Disturbance.

As Deputies arrived, we contacted the complainant, Ms. [VICTIM #1], and her daughter, [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised us that her ex-girlfriend, Ms. Tyshanti Berrian, and she had been drinking and had gotten into a verbal argument, which then turned physical. During the physical altercation, Ms. Berrian repeatedly hit Ms. [VICTIM #1] in the face and head area, causing her face to begin to swell. Ms. [VICTIM #1] then ran into her daughter’s room and locked the door. Ms. Berrian then proceeded to break the TV in the bedroom to get Ms. [REDACTED] out of the room. When that did not work, Ms. Berrian took a knife (possibly a butter knife) and picked up the door lock to enter the room. Once she made entry, she then proceeded to fight Ms. [VICTIM #1]; during the physical altercation, Ms. [VICTIM #1] picked up a glass alcoholic bottle in order to defend herself. Ms. Berrian then took the bottle from Ms. [VICTIM #1] and hit her across the top of the head multiple times with the bottle, causing Ms. [VICTIM #1] to bleed before fleeing the scene before law enforcement arrived on the scene.
