On Friday, 04/24/26, at approximately 16:42 hours, I, Deputy J. Hubbard #2359, was dispatched to Piedmont Main Hospital located at 350 Coliseum Dr. The call was in reference to a mental health patient throwing human bodily fluids on a nurse during a verbal argument.

As I arrived on the scene, I made contact with the nurse, Ms. [VICTIM #1]. Nurse [VICTIM #1] stated that she was in the process of providing the patient, Mr. Willie Porter, with his requested medication, which was changed from a pill to a shot. When Nurse [VICTIM #1] asked Mr. Porter whether he still wanted his medication, he stated he wanted it in a pill. When Nurse [VICTIM #1] advised Mr. Porter that he could not get the medication as a pill, he reached beside him, grabbed a cup of his urine, and threw it at Nurse [VICTIM #1]. The urine landed on Nurse [VICTIM #1].

Per Mr. Porter, Nurse [VICTIM #1] caused the argument because she accused him of banging on the door requesting his medication when he was not banging. Mr. Porter was removed from the 10-13 wing and transported to the Bibb County LEC.
