On 01-30-2026 at approximately 1516 I responded to above location in reference to a vehicle striking the complainants fence. While enroute dipatch advised that the vehicle was leaving the scene.

Upon arrival investigation showed that Offender had been driving recklessly on Warners Landing Rd. with spin marks and swerving tire marks leading up to the crash sight in Victim’s yard. Offenders vehicle had left the roadway crushing a large aloe plant belonging to Victim and striking a power pole where the vehicle came to rest.

Upon speaking with Victim and above witnesses it was found that Offender, Who was identified by all subjects via a photo of offender, had exited the vehicle and became arumentative with Victim and that there was a female believed to be named [REDACTED] in the front passenger seat along with a small child in the rear seat of the vehicle. Offender then entered back into the vehicle and left the scene. Witnesses had photographed the Vehicles tag as it was leaving the scene, which came back to above vehicle with above Offender as the Owner.

After a search of the area Offender was unable to be located. Warrants will be secured on Offender for above Charges. There was also no visible damage to the power pole.
