On May 14th, 2026 I was dispatched to the local in reference to a fight.

Upon my arrival I spoke to a female victim Shiane Sigler who stated her and her friend [WITNESS #1] was sitting in the bar when a female subject started throwing the “N word” around. Ms. Sigler stated that’s she confronted the female subject and the female became very hostile with her. The female was later identified as a Julie Moody.

Ms sigler stated that when she was arguing with Mrs. Moody a male subject approached her in aggressive manner and started attacking her. Ms. Sigler stated that both subjects attacked her by stomping on her.

Mrs. Moody statement was the she was trying to apologize to the male subject and thats when Ms. Sigler became aggressive with her. Mr. Moody stated that he was try to separates Ms. Sigler and Mrs. Moody When Ms. Sigler tried to hit him with a beer mug.

Mr. [WITNESS #1] stated that he heard Ms. Moody make racist comments several times throughout the night. Another witness who was later identified Mrs. [WITNESS #2] stated that Mrs. Moody had been advised to stop saying racist comments and that’s when she agreed to apologize to Mr. [WITNESS #1].

Further into my investigation I gathered some video footage from the bar area where the two female subject and the male were gathered at the time of the incident. In the video you see Ms. Sigler to the left Mr. [WITNESS #1] in the middle and Mrs. moody to the right. Ms. Moody approaches Mr. [WITNESS #1] as she stated to apologize to him, you then see Ms. Sigler and Mrs. Moody start to have an intense conversation.

After a few seconds into the argument Mr. Moody approaches the two and try to separate Ms. Moody from the verbal argument. Ms. Sigler was then seen standing up knocking Mr. Moody’s hat off of his head. That’s when Mr. Moody become really aggressive pushing Ms. sigler on to the floor. Mr. Moody and Mrs. moody both can be seen hovering over the female subject hitting her as she was on the floor.

Mr. Moody and Mrs. Moody was both place under arrest for affray and transported to the Brantley County Sheriffs Office. Ms. Sigler was also arrested for disorderly conduct and transported to the Brantley County Sheriffs Office.
