On 07-14-2026 at approximately 2215 hrs I responded to a call for service at above location in reference to a physical domestic incident.

Upon arrival I made contact with above Complainant [WITNESS #1] and Witness [WITNESS #2] who are the parents of above Victim. Both subjects advised that Victim had called them and they could her Above Aggressor attacking here. Upon their arrival at above location Victim advised them the Aggressor had choked her.

I then spoke to Victim who advised that she and Aggressor who was identified as Jesse Jones cohabitate in a camper at above location. They had been in a verbal altercation due to her being irritated that Mr. Jones was possibly using drugs again. During the altercation Mr. Jones grabbed her by the back of the head and pushed his forehead into hers until it hurt. He then Grabbed her left ring finger and bent it backwards until she felt it pop (her finger was able to be used and did not appear swollen). He also struck her in the left shoulder before finally, using both hands, choked her.

I saw that Victim’s whole face appeared to be red, she had a laceration on the middle knuckle of her left ring finger, and marks on her lower neck and left shoulder area, which are consistent markings during a choking incident. There were no visible marks to her left upper arm and shoulder where she advised Mr. Jones had struck her.

I lastly Spoke with Mr. Jones who advised victim had kicked him in the ribs the previous day and he did nothing to her and that she had struck him in the mouth tonight and during the altercation he accidentally put his hand on her neck but he did not apply any pressure. He had no marks on his side or mouth, only a small mark on the top of his nose.

Due to the physical and testimonial evidence provided Mr. Jones was placed under arrest for above charges and transported to the Brantley County Jail where he was turned over to the jailers on duty. Warrants will be secured on Mr. Jones for above Charges.

This case is cleared by arrest.
