On above date and time I was dispatched to the above residence in reference to a dispute. When I arrived at the scene the offender had already left. The victims told me that the offender was at the residence and when she told him that he had to leave he became violent. She stated that started getting loud and that the juvenile victim was going to try to go get his phone to call 911 when the offender pushed him to the ground. She stated that the offender then picked up a propane tank that was on the porch and went down the steps towards her vehicle. She stated that the offender then hit the side of her car with the tank damaging the back driver side door and window. The offender then grabbed her driver side mirror and broke it off with his hands. He then got in his truck and left the scene.
Dep. Cooper and Dep. Finkin found the offender and pulled him over at the store at the corner of Raybon Rd. and Hwy 301. I contacted Dep. Finkin and Dep. Cooper and told them to place the offender under arrest and transport him to the jail for me.
