On 06-29-2026 at approximately 2252 hrs I responded to a call for service in reference to a domestic altercation at above location.

Upon arrival I made contact with [VICTIM #1] who advised that his wife / above offender had locked him out of their camper and would not let him inside so he attempted to pry the door open. He advised that Offender began throwing stuff out of the door at him and attempted to stab him with an unknown object. He had no visible marks nor any evidence to the allegations. He advised that he and Offender had been cohabiting in the camper for at least 3 weeks.

This was my second encounter with Mr. [VICTIM #1], the first was 06-29-2026 at approximately 2212 hrs. He had called due to being locked out of the residence, Offender would not come to the door and Mr. [VICTIM #1] was advised that I could not force her to the door and that he had a right to enter the residence. He stated that he would go to a friends and stay for the night but that he needed his tools to work which were locked in a storage area on the camper. I advised him he could retrieve them but I could not force the area open.

Brantley County Deputy Richard Troup had also responded to the residence on 06-29-2026 at 0019hrs. in reference to Offender locking Mr. [VICTIM #1] out of the residence.

After finishing speaking with Mr. [VICTIM #1] I spoke with Offender Leggett, who advised that she wanted a divorce and she wanted Mr. [VICTIM #1] to just leave her alone. She further stated that she and Mr. [VICTIM #1] did not live together and that he had only stayed a few times. She advised that she sold the camper and that the buyer / above complainant did not want Mr. [VICTIM #1] there.

While speaking with Offender her sister [WITNESS #1] came on scene and advised that Mr. [VICTIM #1] had been living in the camper since Offender had for around two months. It was also found that there had been seven previous calls in reference to arguments between Offender and Mr. [VICTIM #1].

Offender was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct. Mr. [VICTIM #1] was notified that any further incidents between he and offender would likely result in further criminal charges. While en route to the jail Offender began making accusations of previous violence from Mr. [VICTIM #1]. Upon arriving at the jail Offender was issued a citation for above charge, Given a domestic violence packet due to the accusations made, and turned over to the jailers on duty.

This case is cleared by arrest.
