On yesterday’s date of 05/21/26, around the time of 12:28pm, the offender, w/m, Thomas Richard Crews came out of his residence back door and ran into the yard, yelling and cursing at his son [VICTIM #1] while [VICTIM #1] was cutting grass on his property. Under strict instructions from Superior Court Judge Andy Spivey during Tommy’s bond release, it was specifically ordered for Tommy to have absolutely no contact with his son [VICTIM #1] or his wife [WITNESS #1].
[WITNESS #1] made contact with me on this date to file a report in reference to Tommy violating the Judge’s bond conditions. The matter was discussed with the Magistrate Judge and Judge Spivey, who agreed that this was a violation of those bond conditions, for which a warrant for Aggravated Stalking will be applied for.
I was shown cellphone video from victim [VICTIM #1], which shows the Defendant Tommy Crews outside, yelling towards [VICTIM #1], then Tommy walks inside and comes back out with a baseball bat held down by his side. The video shows Tommy walking around and when he notices the phone recording his behavior, he drops the bat to the ground and walks back inside.
There is also an audio recording of when Tommy walks inside, because Tommy’s wife [WITNESS #2] is on the phone with [WITNESS #1], and when Tommy walks inside his wife Mrs. [WITNESS #2] asks Tommy “what’s wrong?” Tommy replies “If he comes back on my land, I’m gonna bust his God damned brains out!” Mrs. [WITNESS #2] is heard telling Tommy to “calm down”, but Tommy then says “I’ll kill that fu*ker!” The audio recording does confirm the video actions of Tommy Crews seen in the video. This information will be added to the report.
I will be applying for a warrant for Thomas Richard Crews for the charge of Aggravated Stalking.
