On 10/01/2026 at approximately 2231 hours, I responded to 125 Gata Dr. (Southern Social) in reference to a simple battery.
Upon arrival, I met with the complainant, [VICTIM #1], who stated his ex-girlfriend’s friend, Kyla Rooks, punched him in the face. Rooks was arrested, placed in handcuffs, searched for contraband, seatbelted into the backseat of the patrol vehicle, and transported to the Bulloch County Jail. The backseat of the patrol vehicle was searched at the beginning of shift, prior to transport, and after transport.
