On 02/10/2023 at approximately 11:32 hours Sgt. Lee and Sgt. Bennett did a follow up at the Sheriff’s office in reference to child molestation. [WITNESS #1] (Complainant) and mother of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] (Victim) stated that Dustin Wayne Nix Jr. (Other) was on an electronic device, lying in bed next to her son, watching porn ana ejaculated in front of her child.

[WITNESS #1] (Complainant) stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] (Victim) was staying with her oldest son in North Augusta when he told him about what had occurred. [REDACTED] (Complainant) confirmed to Sgt. Lee and Sgt. Bennett what [WITNESS #1] (Complainant) stated. [WITNESS #1] (Complainant) stated she was staying at this address as she was going through a hardship in her life.

[WITNESS #1] (Complainant) explained she was going through a divorce so she was staying with a friend by the name of [REDACTED] (Other). [WITNESS #1] (Complainant) states they are currently staying with her oldest son in North Augusta, Georgia. Sgt. Lee spoke with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] (Victim) but would not disclose any information other than that he would like to speak to a CAC interviewer about his situation.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] (Victim) stated that he was upset and angry and did not want to talk about it at this time. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] (Victim) says one thing he did want to disclose to Sgt. Lee was that Dustin Wayne Nix Jr. did choke him before in the past. Sgt. Lee gave [WITNESS #1] (Complainant) a card with her contact information on it. Sgt. Lee advised [WITNESS #1] (Complainant) that a Child Enrichment interview will be held on February 16, 2023, at 1500 hours.
