On May 3rd, 2026, at approximately 0058 hours I (Sgt. Evans) was dispatched to the area of [100 BLOCK] Randall Ave, Flovilla, Ga 30216 for multiple gun shots in the area detected by Flock.

On scene at 0101 hours, I conducted a check of the area in my marked patrol car. I located a black vehicle stopped in the middle of the roadway at [100 BLOCK] Randall Ave. The vehicle began to move when the driver noticed my headlights. I conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle (Ga Tag [REDACTED]) due to him being in the area at the time of my arrival near the location of the flock alert and this area having a number of drive by shootings. The driver “[REDACTED]” was identified and logged with dispatch.

My units on scene conducted a check of the area for any shell casings or other vehicles/persons in the area of where the flock camera altered the gun shots. I was contacted by Captain Pitts the flock camera triangulated the shots in the area of [100 BLOCK]-[100 BLOCK] Randall Ave. This address was a grass lot that did not have a residence on it. The area was checked for any evidence of casings or weapons that could have been used. I then had my units sit in the area of the neighborhood. Deputy Davis advised all units the owner of [100 BLOCK] Randall Ave flagged him down to inform him that her house had damage from bullets.

The roadway was shut down in the area [100 BLOCK] Randall Ave and we located 14 shell casings on the roadway widely spread out in front of her residence from the right side of her driveway to the basketball goal further down near the mailbox and over the fog line on the right side of the roadway. We checked that all occupants (three) of the residence for any injuries and no injuries were reported on scene. Deputy Montgomery then gathered all license from all parties on scene and began a crime scene log.

While speaking with the mother Ms. [VICTIM #1], I asked if they had any issues with anyone that would cause this damage to her house. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated no. I then asked who all lived with her and she stated her 17, 20 and 10-year-old sons. I asked if they (her sons) have any issues with anyone and she stated, “that’s what I’m trying to figure out”. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated she was at work when her sons called her and stated someone shot the house up. No parties from this residence called 911 to report the damage or the gun shots at this address.

Lt. Munger was notified and advised he was on the way to the scene to collect evidence and photographs of the damages. Lt. Munger arrived on scene and took over the scene.

All casings were placed in an evidence bag with .40 cal and 9mm located on scene. Three .40 Cal casings (black) were located on the right side of the roadway but appeared to be old casings from a previous time. All the 9mm casings were gold and were all located roughly in the same area in front of the residence. All evidence was turned over to Lt. Munger to be placed in evidence.
