On 8-27-2026 at 1559 hours, I met with [WITNESS #1] and his to sons in reference to a Child Abuse report. Mr [WITNESS #1] stated he wanted his two sons to report incidents that have taken place years ago.
The two boys advised their step dad Andrew Brown has been abusing them for years. They further advised there was incidents where the step dad shot the boys several times with a BB gun, choked one of the boys, and put a shock collar on the boys as punishment. The boys also stated there was a time when the step dad got one of the boys drunk for fun. This case has been turned over to the GBI for further investigation.
