[NARRATIVE #1 on October 13, 2025]

On 10/13/2025 at approximately 2203 hours, I, Officer Roseberry was dispatched to [200 BLOCK] Augusta Woods Drive in reference to a physical domestic in progress. I responded in my conspicuously marked Villa Rica Patrol Vehicle equipped with emergency lights and sirens.

While en route to the location dispatch advised there was weapons involved and the complainant quit answering questions. Due to the increased risk of possible injury I activated my emergency lights. Upon my arrival I observed [VICTIM #1] (DOB:[REDACTED BY AGENCY]) standing at the end of the driveway. I observed Aaron Brooks (DOB:[REDACTED BY AGENCY]) standing by the door with an item in his hand that I could not identify. I exited my vehicle and drew my department issued Glock 47 (SN [REDACTED BY AGENCY]) and pointed it at Aaron. I gave loud verbal commands to Aaron telling him to show me his hands. Aaron disregarded all verbal commands and ran inside of the house. I notified dispatch of the situation and advised there was more possible victims inside of the residence. Officer Ellinas went around to the backyard to watch the back door, and I stayed at my vehicle keeping my firearm at the front door.

I instructed [VICTIM #1] to move behind our patrol cars for her safety. I asked [VICTIM #1] if there was any weapons inside of the house, and she advised there was not. Prior to more officers arriving Aaron exited the front door with his son, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] (DOB: [REDACTED BY AGENCY]). I continued to give loud verbal commands to Aaron for him to get on the ground, and he advised he was not getting on the ground. Officer Ellinas came from behind Aaron and provided less lethal coverage. Officer Holder and I guided Aaron to the ground and placed him into double locked handcuffs to the rear and checked for proper fit. Aaron was searched incident to arrest and no contraband was located. I placed Aaron in the rear of my patrol vehicle. Officers cleared the resident and determined there was no active threat inside of the residence.

I pulled [VICTIM #1] away from everyone else, and asked her what happened. [VICTIM #1] advised they were attending a birthday party at the neighbor’s house. [VICTIM #1] advised she returned home and an argument started between Aaron and her. [VICTIM #1] advised Aaron struck her in the face and knocked her crown out of her mouth. I observed [VICTIM #1] to be missing a tooth from the top row near the rear of her mouth. I asked [VICTIM #1] if Aaron struck her with a closed fist or an open hand, and she advised she did not know. [VICTIM #1] continued to become visibly upset as I was talking to her causing her to pause for brief moments. [VICTIM #1] advised she was scared of Aaron, and advised this was not the first time an event like this had taken place. [VICTIM #1] advised her daughter, [VICTIM #2] (DOB: [REDACTED BY AGENCY]) got involved trying to get Aaron away from [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] advised Aaron began arguing with [VICTIM #2] and hitting her. Officer Ellinas interview [VICTIM #2] (See Supplemental).

I entered into the residence and observed the living room to be in disarray. I observed a vacuum on its side, the television in the living room to be cracked and broken, and a small table next to the television knocked over. I attempted to turn the television on, and it was not working. [VICTIM #1] advised the entire altercation occurred in the living room. [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2] completed witness statements and they will be attached to this report.

I relocated to my patrol car and asked Aaron what happened, and he advised him and his mother [VICTIM #1] got into an argument. Aaron advised nothing else happened and whatever we were being told by [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2] was a lie. I asked Aaron how the television got broken, and he advised he did not know how it got broke. I asked Aaron how [VICTIM #1]’s tooth got knocked out of her mouth, and he advised he did not know and he did not do it. Aaron repeatedly advised he never put his hands on [VICTIM #1].

I asked [VICTIM #1] if she had her tooth that was knocked out of her mouth, and she advised she did. [VICTIM #1] guided me to the bathroom in her room, and showed me the tooth. Photos of the tooth will be attached to this report. Upon exiting [VICTIM #1]’s bedroom I observed a television face down and a mirror broken in the room across the hall. I asked [VICTIM #1] who the room belonged to, and she advised Aaron. I asked [VICTIM #1] if the television was like that before, and she advised it was not. I entered Aaron’s room and lifted the television up and observed it to be smashed. I observed a mirror next to the door to be broken at the base of the stand. I relocated to my patrol car and asked Aaron what happened with the television in his room, and he admitted he pulled it off of the wall during the domestic dispute.

I relocated to the next room and met with [REDACTED BY AGENCY], [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. I asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] if she saw or heard anything, and she advised she heard items being thrown and broken downstairs while [REDACTED BY AGENCY] [VICTIM #2], and [VICTIM #1] were arguing. I asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] if he heard anything, and he advised he did [REDACTED BY AGENCY] is diagnosed with Autism and was unable to give a statement due to his diagnosis. I asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] if he saw or heard anything, and he advised he heard things being thrown and broken downstairs [REDACTED BY AGENCY] also advised he witnessed Aaron pull the television from his wall causing it to break.

I determined Aaron Brooks to be the predominate aggressor due to physical and testimonial evidence, and he was arrested under the Family Violence Act. Warrants for Aaron have been completed and await a judge’s signature.

[NARRATIVE #2 on October 13, 2025]

On October 13, 2025, at approximately 2200 hours, I, Officer Ellinas, responded to [200 BLOCK] Augusta Woods Drive as backup to Officer Roseberry on a physical domestic call.

I spoke with one of the victims, [VICTIM #2]. She advised that her brother, Aaron Brooks, had been trying to start a fight with her and their mother all night and called them both, “b*tches” and other stuff. [VICTIM #2] advised she saw Aaron push her mother hard multiple times. She advised her mother had said he knocked out one of her teeth. When asked, [VICTIM #2] advised Aaron pushed her against the couch leaving a bloody scrape on her right shin. [VICTIM #2] advised [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was not in the room and did not see anything. [VICTIM #2] advised she pushed Aaron to get him away from her but did not strike him.
