On June 20, 2026, at approximately 21:20 hours, I, Officer Udombon, responded to [500 BLOCK] Horace Luther Drive (Nunley Homes) Apt [REDACTED] in reference to a possible violation of a court order.

Once on scene, I activated my body-worn camera and made contact with complainant, [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] stated Ashley Hurtado was prohibited by court order/bond condition from having contact with her and juvenile, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] is Ashley’s daughter. [VICTIM #1] advised she had learned [REDACTED BY AGENCY] spent the night at Ashley’s residence despite the no-contact order being effect. According to Carroll County Court records, this order came into effect on June 4, 2026.

The court order is scanned and uploaded to Linked Files.

I spoke with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] father, [WITNESS #1] regarding the incident. [WITNESS #1] was in the driveway attempting to leave with [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. He stated he did not know what was going on and did not provide any information regarding the alleged violation. However, [WITNESS #1] stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] did in fact stay the night at Ashleys residence. This concluded my initial conversation with [WITNESS #1].

Sergeant Massey and I then made contact with Ashley, who was inside the residence. During the investigation, Ashley was asked if there were any sort of court order in place between all parties involved. Ashley stated she was aware of the court order and knew she was not permitted to have contact with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was with Ashley at [500 BLOCK] Horace Luther Drive (Nunley Homes) Apt [REDACTED] in violation of the family Violence order.

Based on information obtained during the investigation, it was determined Ashley knowingly violated the court ordered no-contact condition. Ashley was placed under arrest in double-locked handcuffs to the rear, which were checked for proper fit. Ashley was escorted to my Villa Rica marked patrol vehicle and was searched thoroughly. Ashley was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Carroll County Jail for housing.

Ashley Hurtado is charged for Violation of Family Violence Order (O.C.G.A 16-5-95(b)).

Warrant complete and awaits judges signature.
