On 5/30/2026 at 21:51 hours, I was dispatched to 1027 Maple Street (Maple Street Laundry) in reference to an unknown problem. Dispatch advised that a female was lying on the ground in front of the establishment, naked and unresponsive. Upon my arrival, I made contact with Athena White (offender/arrested), who was lying in front of the business with her pants pulled down to her ankles. She was responsive at the time of my arrival.
Athena was unable to form a coherent sentence when I asked if she had taken anything, or the reasoning for being partially naked in front of the laundromat. Fire and EMS assisted in response, in which she was unable to stand on her own and agreed to medical treatment. During my time on scene, Athena began to get belligerent with law enforcement and fire personnel.
I spoke with [REDACTED] (complainant), who advised that she had been laying in front of the laundromat for about twenty to thirty minutes prior to him calling.
I cited Athena for Disorderly Conduct (Public Drunk) before she left on the ambulance. While inside the ambulance, she threw her citation out of the vehicle. I then cited her for littering.
Other responding officers and I then followed Athena to Tanner Medical Center upon EMS’s request. EMS dismissed us from the scene after she was dropped off. About five minutes later, we were requested back on scene at Tanner Medical Center, as Athena was cussing at nurses and refusing medical treatment.
We then asked Athena if she wished to be treated, in which she denied medical treatment. We then placed Athena in handcuffs and transported her out of Tanner Medical Center to my patrol vehicle. While on the way to my patrol vehicle, Athena slipped her handcuffs, in which we were able to put her back in handcuffs. She was then placed in the back of my patrol vehicle where she continued to scream and kick the inside of my patrol vehicle as she was being transported.
It should be noted that muscle relaxers and vodka were located in her purse.
