On 6-1-2025 I, Deputy Jordan 974, responded to [3600 BLOCK] East Highway 5 in reference to a domestic dispute that had just occurred.

Upon arrival I observed that there was three females waiting in the front of the residence for my arrival. I spoke with them and they identified themselves as [VICTIM #1], [WITNESS #1], and [WITNESS #2]. They advised me that the other party involved, Caden Manning, had left the scene moments prior to my arrival so I requested that Deputy Lindler go and attempt to locate Caden to get his side of the story. [WITNESS #1] advised me that Caden was going towards [2000 BLOCK] Roopeville Veal Road Roopeville, Ga. [VICTIM #1] identified herself as the victim so I decided to speak with her first.

[VICTIM #1] advised me that her son, Caden Manning, arrived at her residence at [3600 BLOCK] East Highway 5 and kicked open the door. [VICTIM #1] went on to explain that Caden walked into her bedroom asking where his belongings were and he noticed that [VICTIM #1] was holding his son, [JUVENILE #1], and walked over to her bed and proceeded to pick her up. [VICTIM #1] advised that he then went outside so she decided to call her ex husband and Caden’s father who was not on scene to let him know what was going on. [VICTIM #1] then advised me that she went outside to where [WITNESS #1] was to let her know what Caden had in her building. [VICTIM #1] then advised me that she asked Caden if there was anything else to which [VICTIM #1] advised Caden started yelling at her. [VICTIM #1] then advised that she walked to the front of her vehicle which was parked in the driveway and called the child’s mother, [WITNESS #3], to let her know that Caden was at her residence since [WITNESS #3] does not was Caden around [JUVENILE #1]. [VICTIM #1] then advised me that when Caden heard [WITNESS #3]’s voice he took her phone and hung up the phone.

[VICTIM #1] then went on to explain that Caden began yelling again and stated “why don’t you love me” and “why do you treat me different than your other kids.” [VICTIM #1] advised she replied to this by informing Caden that he needed to leave the residence. [VICTIM #1] advised that Caden did not leave and kept yelling at her and stated “no bro answer the question.” [VICTIM #1] advised when she refused to give an answer Caden ran up to on her to which [VICTIM #1] advised she tried walking away from him. [VICTIM #1] advised that after she attempted to walk away Caden grabbed her wrist. [VICTIM #1] advised that she snatched her arm away from Caden after hid did this and began to chase [VICTIM #1] around the car. [VICTIM #1] informed me that she once again told him to leave. [VICTIM #1] advised that Caden then grabbed her by the back on the head by the hair and slammed her head into the a white van. [VICTIM #1] then advised as Caden was walking away he thought [VICTIM #1] had said something so he ran back up to her and squeezed her breast and her arm and proceeded to leave the residence after letting [VICTIM #1] go. I asked [VICTIM #1] if she needed EMS to which she refused. It should be noted that [VICTIM #1] made comments while on the call that her head was “pounding” and the world was “spinning”. I then proceeded to speak with [WITNESS #1]

When speaking with [WITNESS #1] she advised me that she had recorded a portion of the incident. I requested that I look at she had recorded to which she agreed. In the video it was not pointed at the incident but could hear the audio. In the video I heard [VICTIM #1] state “don’t touch me.” and after that I heard a loud scream but could not make out what was said. I then heard [VICTIM #1] state “get him out of my face [WITNESS #4]” and after that I heard a voice that I did not recognize make a statement that sounded like “calm him down.”. After this you can hear Caden state “I’m fixing to punch you. Im fixing to punch you in your sh*t”. In the video I also heard Caden state “Im fixing to show you what the fu*k” after that I could not make out what Caden was saying. I then heard a male voice state “calm down buddy cmon cmon”. After hear that the video ends.

I then asked [WITNESS #1] what happened to which she advised me that Caden kicked in the front door and came to the bedroom demanding to know where his stuff is to which [WITNESS #1] advised that it was at his step father’s. [WITNESS #1] advised Caden then began yelling about the property that was at [3600 BLOCK] East Highway 5. [WITNESS #1] then advised that she informed Caden that they had put his property in their building. [WITNESS #1] then advised that she put her boots on and walked in the bedroom and saw that Caden had [JUVENILE #1] in his arms. [WITNESS #1] then advised she then walked outside to get a few items. [WITNESS #1] then advised she walked back inside to use the restroom and witnessed Caden chasing [VICTIM #1] around the vehicles parked outside and [WITNESS #4], Caden’s father, had [JUVENILE #1] in his arms. [WITNESS #1] then advised she got [JUVENILE #1] from [WITNESS #4]’s arms so that he could stop Caden from chasing [VICTIM #1].

[WITNESS #1] advised that [WITNESS #4] refused to stop Caden because Caden “threatened to beat the F out of him if he put hands on him”. [WITNESS #1] then advised that Caden then snatched [VICTIM #1]’s arms after [VICTIM #1] had asked Caden to quit. [WITNESS #1] then advised me that Caden began to slap the car and then he got in [VICTIM #1]’s face screaming at her. [WITNESS #1] then advised that he snatched [WITNESS #1]’s phone trying to throw it to which [WITNESS #1] told him to go ahead. [WITNESS #1] then advised Caden then threw the phone in the car. [WITNESS #1] advised that Caden then grabbed [VICTIM #1] by the hair and slammed her head into the van. [WITNESS #1] then advised at this moment she began to record the incident. [WITNESS #1] then advised Caden then walked back up to [VICTIM #1] and grabbed her by the arm and pinched it. [WITNESS #1] then advised that Caden and [WITNESS #4] then left prior to my arrival.

I then made contact with Deputy Lindler via zone phone and confirmed that he had made contact with Caden. Deputy Lindler advised me that Caden denied anything happening. Due to the video that I saw I informed Deputy Lindler that Caden was under arrest. While Deputy Lindler was talking to Caden I spoke with [WITNESS #5] who was the last witness I have not spoken to yet that was still remaining on scene. [WITNESS #5] advised that she was sitting in the dinning room making some food when Caden kicked open the door. [WITNESS #5] advised that Caden looked at her and walked straight into [VICTIM #1]’s bedroom and grabbed [JUVENILE #1]. [WITNESS #5] then advised that Caden began to yell at [VICTIM #1] over his property and walked out of the residence with [JUVENILE #1]. [WITNESS #5] then advised that she followed outside to get something out of the car. [WITNESS #5] advised that she saw Caden hand [JUVENILE #1] to [WITNESS #4] and went over to [VICTIM #1] and started screaming at her and snatched her phone. [WITNESS #5] then advised that she went back inside as the situation was escalating and did not see anything else.

I then asked [VICTIM #1] if she was sure she did not want EMS to which she refused. I then walked over to the van and did not observe any blood on the van. I then walked back over to the front porch where [VICTIM #1] was waiting and requested that I took pictures. [VICTIM #1] advised that she did not want pictures of her breast taken to which I advised that was fine. [VICTIM #1] did show me where there were marks on her breast. The marks appeared to be on her left nipple. I did observe that there was a small bruise forming on [VICTIM #1]’s left bicep. A picture was taken of the bruise on her bicep. I did take pictures of her face and arms. [VICTIM #1] advised that she already had an injury on her face that was unrelated to the incident that had occurred between her and Caden. I did not observe any blood or marks on [VICTIM #1]’s head where she informed me that Caden had grabbed her nor where [VICTIM #1] advised me that her head made contact with the van.

After retrieving the witness statement forms that [WITNESS #1], [VICTIM #1], and [WITNESS #5] all agreed to filling out I went back into service.
