On June 21, 2026, at approximately 0930 hours, I, Sgt. Spruell spoke with [VICTIM #1] at the police department in reference to an incident that had occurred at the AMP concert the night before.

[VICTIM #1] stated that she had been having problems with her boyfriend’s Ex-Wife (Crystal Williamson). [VICTIM #1] said that at about 2106 hours, she and her boyfriend were standing next to the Irish Bred Pub’s back door watching the concert. [VICTIM #1] stated that this is when Williamson saw her and approached, yelling, “You’re fu*king my exhusband!”, and touching her chest area in a provoking manner. [VICTIM #1] stated that she then got her phone out to record the incident, which is when Williamson snatched her phone out of her hand and ran off with it. [VICTIM #1] stated that they eventually somehow got the phone back from within the crowd of people.

I attempted to locate footage of the incident but was unable to due to the large crowd in the area at the time (2106).

I have attached a cellphone video of the incident provided by [VICTIM #1]. The video appears to show Williamson reaching out and trying to take the cellphone.

I informed [VICTIM #1] of the process of obtaining a TPO.

[VICTIM #1] wished to prosecute.

I attempted to contact Williamson via cellphone but was unsuccessful.
