On November 29th, 2025, at approximately 01:13 hours, I, Officer Carroll, was dispatched to Super 8 in reference to an unknown subject peeing on the entrance columns of the Super 8. The subject was described as a short white male with dark hair and glasses, with a duffel bag.

While en route to the hotel, Officer Couch informed me that she was out with the unknown subject at the Four Lane BP. Once I arrived, I spoke with the subject, Mr. Johnathan Brown, about the incident, and Mr. Brown stated he was angry that Super 8 wouldn’t give him a room for the night, and he had to pee, so he peed on their column. He admitted that he probably shouldn’t have done that and stated that if someone did that to his property, he would be mad.

Mr. Brown was placed in handcuffs without incident and transported to the Carroll County Jail without incident.

Mr. Brown was issued a trespass notice for Super 8.
