On May 17th, 2026, I, Officer Carroll, was stationary on Adamson Square, observing foot traffic due to high volume exiting the bars. While observing the foot traffic, I noticed a white male at 402 Adamson Square peeing on the side of the building.
As I approached the male, I noticed him hastily zipping up his pants when he saw me. The male walked around the corner of the building in an attempt to break eye sight while zipping up his pants. I approached the male who identified as Maddoz Brackin. I could smell the odor of alcohol and urine and see the visible pee stain still on the ground.
I placed Mr. Brackin under arrest, and he was transported to Carroll County Jail without incident.
