At approximately 1829 hours on April 19, 2026, I responded to [1200 BLOCK] Maple Street (Carrollton Crossing Apts) for a fight in progress. The anonymous complainant reported a large crowd gathered around two females who were physically fighting. Several parties were reportedly recording the incident.

I arrived at 1831 hours as parties began to scatter into breezeways and apartments. I was approached by two females, [WITNESS #1] (witness) and Tamora Williamson (arrested). I would later learn from Tamora after she attempted to flee to an apartment that [WITNESS #1]’s friend, Tamika Pless (arrested), was involved. When Tamora fled to a nearby breezeway, I stopped her in the stairwell and placed her in handcuffs. She was put in my patrol car. Tamora admitted she was involved and threw punches at Tamika. Tamora stated that Tamika started the fight and could not provide further details on what started it, other than that fighting words were exchanged.

After pleading with the other people outside who might have been recording the incident, a juvenile offered to show me the video. The video showed Tamora walking from her car toward the breezeway, with Tamika following, taking an apparent fighting stance. Tamora turns around, approaches Tamika, and assumes a boxing stance as well before the fight starts. The juvenile’s recording stopped at that point. Tamika had slight scratches on her left arm and was admittedly involved in the fight, but would not give a reason.

Neither party lived at that apartment complex and had no verifiable reason for being on the premises.

Both were informed they were under arrest, Tamika was placed in handcuffs and put in Ofc. Crafton’s patrol car (11-108) for transport. I transported Tamora to the Carroll County Jail, where both were charged with Disorderly Conduct: Provoke/Engage/Fight.
