[NARRATIVE #1 on October 28, 2024]
The Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office has responded to [200 BLOCK] Foster Lane approximately nineteen times this year with fifteen of those call for service being either domestic or civil related incidents. Offender P.Y. is the owner and resident of [200 BLOCK] Foster Lane.
The Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office has responded to [200 BLOCK] Foster Lane approximately seventy eight times this year with fifty of those call for service being either domestic or civil related incidents. The fifty call for services occurred after offender J.S. had been arrested for a disorderly house charge on 02/16/2024. Offenders B.S. and J.S. are the renters and residents of [200 BLOCK] Foster Lane with offender P.Y. being the landlord of the property.
Primarily offender P.Y. calls for service have been about the offenders B.S. and J.S. and not wanting one of those individuals to live there. The calls for service at [200 BLOCK] Foster Lane are primarily calls for offenders J.S. and B.S. having disputes and domestics. The high number of call for services at the residence are tying up resources that could be allocated to other incidents going on in the county, along with the 911 lines that are being tied up to take the call for services.
On 10/14/2024 offenders B.S. and J.S. had a set out order executed on their residence that was requested by offender P.Y., offender P.Y. allowed offenders B.S. and J.S. to move back into the residence.

[NARRATIVE #2 on October 29, 2024]
On 10/29/2024 Corporal Lewis attempted the warrant for this case for all three offenders at [200 BLOCK] and [200 BLOCK] Foster Lane. Offender P.Y. was located and taken into custody. Corporal Lewis advised the offender that she was being placed under arrest and placed the offender in handcuffs behind her back. Corporal Lewis checked the cuffs for proper fit and double lock. Corporal Lewis placed the offender in the rear prisoner compartment of his patrol vehicle.
Corporal Lewis transported the offender to the Catoosa County Detention Center where he served the offender her warrant and then turned the offender over to detention staff. Corporal lewis searched the rear prisoner compartment of his patrol vehicle prior to and after transport for any weapons or contraband with none found both times. This warrant was not entered into NCIC/GCIC.
