[NARRATIVE #1 on August 01, 2025]
On August 1, 2025 at approximately 0900 hours Detective Moody was forwarded a DFCS screen out reporting abuse of a child by the father during visitation. The abuse occurred at the father’s residence in Catoosa County, but the child lives with his mother in East Ridge, Tennessee. Detective Moody contacted the mother and she advised her son came home from visitation and told her his neck was hurting really bad. She advised she could not see any bruises, but felt knots.
Detective Moody scheduled a forensic interview for the child for Monday August 4, 2025 at 1100 hours at the Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC). Detective Moody advised her not to allow the child to return to the father’s residence until the investigation is complete.

[NARRATIVE #2 on August 21, 2025]
ON the 21st of August, 2025 at 1120 hrs. The above offender surrendered his self and the the Sheriff’s Office. Deputy Penson handcuffed the offender with his hands behind his back. Deputy Penson checked the handcuffs for fit and double locked them. Deputy Penson then searched the offenders person for contraband and weapons. Deputy Penson escorted the offender back to booking and served the above warrant.
The warrant was removed fron GCIC by the front desk personal and the incident was recorded on Deputy Penson’s BWC.
