[NARRATIVE #1 on October 04, 2024]
On 10/04/2024, Deputy Suits was the assigned School Resource Officer at Lakeview High School, at approximately 1445, the beginning of the Fund raising Flag Football Game, Deputy Suits was asked to lock the bathrooms in the football stadium by staff members Ms. Malone and Ms. [WITNESS #1] of Lakeview High School, due to students causing problems (fighting, vaping, etc.) during a previous flag football game, inside the restrooms.
Deputy Suits stood by the restrooms and advised several students that the stadium restrooms were closed as directed by the school staff. The victim in incident however, did not approach Deputy Suits in regard to using the restroom. Deputy Suits secured the men’s restroom doors, but not the women’s restroom, as had been locked previously by someone else, and Deputy Suits stood by the restrooms as a courtesy and to keep an eye underneath the bleachers, as students like to congregate beneath them instead of watching the ongoing games.

On 10/4/2024, at approximately 3:45 PM, Lt. Pitts responded to the school. Lt. Pitts gathered written statements and video. Lt. Pitts will be obtaining a warrant for this incident.

[NARRATIVE #3 on October 05, 2024]
On 10/05/2024 at approximately 1520, While assigned as the School Resource Officer at Lakeview High School, Deputy Suits was in the area of the football field, during a fund raising event that was occurring at the end of the school day. The school staff requested that Deputy Suits respond to the main entry way into the football stadium, regarding an incident that had occurred.
Deputy Suits responded to the area, and was advised a physical altercation occurred between a student (the listed juvenile victim) and a teacher (the listed offender), and that a student had left the stadium, against the orders of the staff. Deputy Suits was then requested by the complainant, Principal [REDACTED], to respond to the office, to meet with the student involved.
Deputy Suits met with Principal [REDACTED], where he advised that the listed offender, had potentially assaulted the student. Deputy Suits was able to observe red finger marks on the juveniles upper left arm, resembling a finger marks. Deputy Suits then observed the video surveillance footage.
Deputy Suits contacted his supervisor, and the CID supervisor regarding the incident. Detective Lieutenant Todd Pitts responded to the scene, and the investigation was turned over to him. Deputy Suits continued to remain on the scene to assist Detective Pitts.

On 10/7/2024 a warrant number W24-2052 was issued for the offender and she turned herself in at the Sheriff’s Office. See case file for details.
