On Friday, March 7th, 2025 Deputy Woodard and Deputy Davis were dispatched to [1000 BLOCK] Graysville Rd for a possible domestic dispute.

Deputy Woodard made contact with the offender in the driveway at [1000 BLOCK] Graysville Rd, Deputy Woodard asked the offender what happened that tonight.

The offender stated I am doing to my neighbors what they do to me, the offender was playing loud music with his guitar and amp.

Deputy Woodard observed the male offender to be very intoxicated and was acting belligerent and irate, Deputy Woodard asked if he had been drinking to which the offender stated he had been.

The offender started to use profane language while talking to Deputy Woodard and Deputy Davis with a juvenile under the age of 14 within earshot.

Deputy Davis advised the offender that he needed to stop using profane language while there was a juvenile in the area or he would go to jail for disorderly conduct.

While Deputy Woodard was speaking to the juvenile the offender kept using profane language.

Deputy Davis asked the juvenile for his age and the juvenile stated he was 12 years old.

Deputy Woodard approached the offender to which the offender already had his hands behind his back, Deputy Woodard placed the offender into handcuffs which were checked for proper fit and double locked.

Deputy Woodard searched the offender for weapons and contraband with none being found.

Deputy Woodard placed the offender into the rear passenger side of Deputy Woodard’s agency-issued patrol vehicle.

Deputy Woodard arrived at Catoosa County Detention Center and turned the offender over to jail staff with no issues.

Deputy Woodard searched the rear passenger compartment of Deputy Woodard’s agency-issued patrol vehicle prior to and after the transport with none being found.

After investigation this incident was found to be a verbal civil dispute over loud noises and not a domestic dispute.
