On June 13th, at approximately 0117 hours, while on patrol, I was dispatched to a report of a white male urinating in front of the security booth at 610 W. Oglethorpe Ave, the CAT bus station.
Upon arrival, I spoke with the security guard, Ms. [WITNESS #1], who informed me that a white male, later identified as Mr. Michael Murack, approached the security booth and began urinating in front of it while claiming that he was God. Ms. [WITNESS #1] stated that she instructed him not to do so, but he continued to not comply.
Next, I talked to Mr. Michael and asked him what happened. He pointed to the spot where he had urinated and said, “I peed right here,” adding that “when you have to go, you have to go.” While he reassured me that he was God.
I placed Mr. Michaels in handcuffs and told him he was under arrest for public indecency. I searched him incident to arrest and placed him in the back of my patrol vehicle, then transported him to CCDC, where he was properly booked.
