On Thursday, October 23, 2025, at approximately 17:05, I was dispatched to [500 BLOCK] NW Congress Street in reference to possible child molestation. Upon arrival, I met with the complainant, [WITNESS #1]. Ms. [WITNESS #1] stated that her 7-year-old [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had advised her that Ayden Ard had touched [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. She stated that her [REDACTED BY AGENCY] goes over to [200 BLOCK] Scoggins Street Apt [REDACTED] to visit family. Ms. [WITNESS #1] stated that she does not know when this occurred. The child stated that it had occurred only once and indicated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was touched in the genital area.
I advised Ms. [WITNESS #1] that I would initiate the initial report and that an investigator would be in touch with her about the incident.
