On 05/05/2026 @ 1525 PM, I was dispatched to the above location on report of a domestic/physical altercation.

Upon arrival, I stopped the offender, Chloe Ray, leaving the Gardens in her vehicle. I stopped her until another unit arrived. I then proceeded to [100 BLOCK] Summerville Gardens Drive, where I met the complainant, [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] advised that her girlfriend had shown up at the residence and began yelling at her for being at the residence. [VICTIM #1] and the residence were significant others in the past. [VICTIM #1] advised that Ray struck her with her left fist and they had begun fighting. [VICTIM #1] stated she did not want to fight, but she defended herself.

I also spoke with an independant witness identified as [WITNESS #1]. [WITNESS #1] is an employee of the Summerville Gardens and was reportedly within sight of the incident. [WITNESS #1] advised that Ray had indeed been the aggressor.

I returned to Ray’s location. Ray denied being the aggressor and stated [VICTIM #1] had started the fight. Ray could not give a reason for being at the residence. Ray was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct.
