On April 21st at approximately 21:43 hours Deputy Reeves and I, Deputy Dawson, were dispatched to [50 BLOCK] Glen Drive in reference to a physical domestic.

While enroute to the address the caller advised that the aggressors had left the scene in a blue BMW. I then asked Deputy Reeves to meet with the complainants while I searched the surrounding area for the two subjects that had left the scene. I was unable to locate the vehicle then went to the residence.

Upon arrival at the residence I spoke with a Mrs. [WITNESS #1] who stated that her father, Mr. Christopher Fowler, and her grandfather, Randel Fowler, got into an altercation. During the altercation both of them had pulled knives out and Randel Fowler stated “I’ll leave but not before I kill you” and attempted to attack Mr. [REDACTED]. Mrs. [WITNESS #1] then stepped between the parties and told her husband to get his gun. At this time they left the residence.

When I spoke with Mr. [REDACTED] he gave me the same story. I asked about the juveniles in the residence and if any of them heard or witnessed anything. He stated that when he went into the kid’s room after the incident that the kids were awake and had heard it. Upon asking what caused the altercation he stated that Randel had a dog that was barking and he had asked him to try to keep the dog quiet due to not wanting to wake the children up. Warrants will be sought for both Fowler subjects.
