[NARRATIVE #1 on June 08, 2026]

On the listed date and time, I was dispatched to the Circle K located on Commerce Street in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Upon arrival, I made contact with the complainant, who advised that she is an employee of the Circle K gas station. The complainant stated that while she was working, her boyfriend entered the store and began acting in a loud and disorderly manner. She advised that during the incident, her boyfriend pushed her on two separate occasions and, during a third confrontation, struck her in the face with a closed fist.

I asked the complainant for the current whereabouts of her boyfriend. She advised that prior to my arrival, he fled the scene in a green pickup truck, and she did not know his current location.

The complainant further advised that the incident was captured on the store’s surveillance cameras. I reviewed the surveillance footage and observed the offender push the victim on two separate occasions. I also observed the offender strike the victim in the face with a closed fist during the incident.

I asked the complainant if she needed EMS en route and to evaluate any injuries sustained during the incident. The complainant refused EMS services.

[NARRATIVE #2 on June 08, 2026]

On 6-8-2026 at 12:44 p.m. I Det. Cox went to Circle K North and spoke to manager [WITNESS #1] about retrieving video for this case. [WITNESS #1] said her camera system was down currently and she could not retrieve the video presently. [WITNESS #1] stated that she knows the footage is in their system because she has viewed it.

I [WITNESS #1] spoke to her corporate office and they were going to get the system repaired and get the footage. I gave her my card with e-mail address to provide me with the video when it’s available. Later that date I spoke with officer Rameriz about the video and he stated that he recorded the video on the incident date with his phone while watching the security footage on the Circle K monitor.
