On 06/03/2025 I, Cpl. Wilks, was dispatched to 11630 Highway 27 Summerville, GA in reference to a possible sexual assault.
On scene I was met by complainant [VICTIM #1] who stated that she was touched inappropriately on 06/02/2025. [VICTIM #1] stated that she was in the movie theater room of Bridge Health with another subject she identified as Lamar Chatman. She stated that at some point at or around 1330 hours Chatman touched her genitals area, and she told him to stop. She stated that he did it again and she so she left and reported it to staff.
I spoke with program manager [WITNESS #1] who stated [VICTIM #1] approached her saying similar allegation. [WITNESS #1] added both victim and suspect were IDD and were there for their day program Monday- Friday 830-230pm.
