On date and time listed above, I was dispatched to [90 BLOCK] 7th Ave in Menlo Georgia in reference to misuse of 911, The Caller, Kimberly Basham, called 911 three times in a short amount of time in reference to having an officer dispatched to her location to change her up coming court date. When the E-911 advised her we do not do that and this was an Emergency line for emergencies, she advised it was an emergency and then proceeded to hang up the phone.
I then arrived on scene and asked her why did she call 911 without an emergency. She stated that it was and that she needed an Officer to go the court house and change her court date. I then advised her that she was being placed under arrest for unlawful conduct of 911. I then placed her in handcuffs and double locked the cuffs and placed her in the rear of my patrol vehicle. I then transported her to the Chattooga County Jail without further incident.
