On July 25th, 2026, at approximately 2334 hours Deputy Wilson, Deputy Dawson and I responded to [3100 BLOCK] Back Valley Road, Lyerly, Georgia 30730 in reference to a subject who was not supposed to be at the address.
Deputy Wilson had already spoken to the complainant, [VICTIM #1], prior to our arrival in reference to a Michael Haake subject who has bond conditions stating that he could not be at that address. Deputy Wilson then called the jail to confirm that the bond condition was active.
Upon my arrival I immediately went to speak with Mr. Haake, who stated that he did nothing wrong. Deputy Dawson and I advised him that he was violating his bond conditions by being around Mrs. [VICTIM #1]. Mr. Haake attempted to argue with deputies about his bond conditions, to which Deputy Dawson and I advised him that he was under arrest. He then got dressed and I placed him under arrest.
Mr. Haake was placed in the back seat of my patrol vehicle and transported to the Chattooga County Jail with no incident.
Handcuffs were double locked and checked for fit prior to transport.
Back seat check was conducted before and after transport.
