Officers responded to the above location about a physical domestic involving canes.

Upon arrival and after speaking to Audrey Wooten and Peggy Perry it was learned that the two began to argue due to an agreement that was not fulfilled yet. Peggy explained that Audrey had agreed to mop the floor if Peggy gave her a pain pill and a hydrocodone pill. Peggy states that she gave Audrey the pills but Audrey did not mop the floor. Peggy states that they began to argue about it and that Audrey hit her. Peggy states that she defended herself with her walking cane and that Audrey took it away from her and broke it.

Audrey appeared to be under the influence of a stimulant and stated that she had not mopped the floor yet and that Peggy got mad at her and began to attack her with her cane. Audrey states that Peggy hit her in her head and left arm. Audrey wanted E.M.S. to check her out and they did. Audrey did have a minor redish discoloration on her left arm but no serious or open wounds.

Peggy referenced to her right wrist as being swollen but refused medical.

Both parties were transported to Chattooga County Jail and charged with disorderly conduct.
