On April 3rd 2026, I was advised by Chattooga County E-911 to place [WITNESS #1] a phone call in reference to his Juvenile step daughter being sexual touched.

When I got Mr. [WITNESS #1] on the phone I advised him that I am Deputy J. Claxton with the Chattooga County Sheriff’s Office, I asked him what had happen. He said that his Juvenile daughter works at Menlo Restaurant after school, he said that Monday, March 30th 2026, she was working an evening shift when a elder man (Robert Greene) was ordering his food when he reached around and grabbed her on the butt. He said that this is isn’t the first time Mr. Greene has touched/ grabbed her.

Mr. [WITNESS #1] stated that he went down to the restaurant to speak with the owner of the restaurant, he said that he owner did not seem to worried about the incident that occurred. The owner advised Mr. [WITNESS #1] to tell the Juvenile if Mr. Greene comes into restaurant to just stay away from him. I took down Mr. [WITNESS #1] information as well as the Juvenile information. I advised him that I would do a report. I then advised the on call investigator about the allegations.
