On above date and time, I, Deputy A. Garmany #14 along side with A/C Director [REDACTED] was called out to above location reference to a deceased dog that was located on the property.

When we arrived on scene we walked to the back yard and from the dog house that the dog was in and looked inside and noticed the dog had been left for sometime do to the decaying process and mainly remains was all that was left. We took photos of the remains.

The complainants walked over and advised their father was cleaning up the property for the landlord and located the remains. The complainants advised the owner/suspect left the dog in the back yard and noticed that he’d only came to the residence every so often and the only thing he would get was some of his belongings. The complainant advised that he was noticed the dog house flipped to where the opening of the dog house was on the ground and when he flipped it over to remove it that was when he saw the remains.

The complainant advised that Suspect’s wife had passed approximately a year ago and that was also the last time he noticed the dog tied up as well.

I gather the complainant’s information and was able to gathered the Suspects information via 911 and a vehicle that was left abandoned on the property.
