On Sunday, June 7th, at or around the time of 01:51 hours, I, Deputy Reeves was dispatched to the area of the Mountain View Baptist Church for a female being loud and boisterous, and throwing rocks in the roadway.
Upon my arrival I did not see anyone at or around the church parking lot, Deputy Reynolds then said he had a female subject stopped on foot at the intersection of Mountain View Road, and Davis Road.
I then recognized the female to be Sandy Wilson from taking a report, prior to this date and her being a key witness. I then asked Sandy where she was going, and her response was confused, as if she was in a intoxicated state. I then asked Sandy where she was staying, and she was still unable to give me a straight, and clear answer. She rambled on loudly about people needing help, however she was unable to clarify on who needed help.
I then had Sandy step to the shoulder of the roadway, and she allowed me to check her eyes. I then checked Sandy’s eyes for lack of convergence, and her eyes did not converge, however they were dilated, and did not react to light. I then told Sandy that we got a call about her being in the middle of the road way yelling, and throwing rocks, and she stated that she was not. I did notice Sandy’s mannerism to be very high, and agitated state, and was unable to complete sentences.
Due to my observation, and Sandy’s mannerism, I asked Sandy to let me call her an ambulance to be evaluated. Sandy then refused, and continued to be loud, and rambled on about the people needing to be helped, or helping her. I then told Sandy to put her hands behind her back, and placed her under arrest for Disorderly Conduct. She was placed in the back of my unit for transport, and there was nothing more to report at this time.
