On April 11 2026 at approximately 0002 hours, I was stopped in the parking lot of 145 Towne Lake Parkway observing traffic on Towne Lake. I observed a white Lexis [REDACTED BY AGENCY] traveling westbound on Towne Lake Parkway and the vehicle was driving with head lights and tail lights off.
I performed a traffic stop on the vehicle on Towne Lake Parkway and I-575 and identified the driver as Mr. Chanphanyana Long. After further investigation, Mr. Long was arrested and booked at Cherokee ADC on citations for DUI and driving with no lights. Blood draw was performed at ADC. Vehicle towed by Mauldin Towing.
