On October 18, 2023, at 14:37 hours, the victim, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] came to the Hickory Flat Precinct to report a Sexual Battery. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she wanted a female deputy to take her report.

Dispatch contacted CID to see if there was a female detective available to take [REDACTED BY AGENCY] report. I spoke to Detective Kuykendall who advised me to take [REDACTED BY AGENCY] basic statement and a detective would be in touch with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] within a couple of days, from this report, to ensure [REDACTED BY AGENCY] would have to explain what happened to her one time. Detective Kuykendall also advised [REDACTED BY AGENCY] of this information.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Mitchell Navarro in May of 2023. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said since May Mitchell has been joking/threatening to put holes in condoms in order to get her pregnant. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated throughout their relationship Mitchell has been verbally and emotionally abusive.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] said in mid to the end of September 2023 Mitchell kept her from leaving his residence, [100 BLOCK] Colemans Bluff, by standing in front of the front door of the residence.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated the Sexual Battery happened at [100 BLOCK] Colemans Bluff and in Blue Ridge, GA at an Airbnb.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] said she did not have any physical evidence to turn over, i.e. clothing/bed sheets. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she does have text messages saved to her cell phone that were between her and Mitchell.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] said she is safe and she is staying with her parents in [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. I advised if Mitchell comes around her and she does not feel safe to call law enforcement. I advised [REDACTED BY AGENCY] on how to obtain a Temporary Protection Order (TPO) against Mitchell.

I gave [REDACTED BY AGENCY] a case card and advised Dispatch I was back in service.
