[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated the Sexual Battery happened at [100 BLOCK] Colemans Bluff and in Blue Ridge, GA at an Airbnb.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] said she did not have any physical evidence to turn over, i.e. clothing/bed sheets. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she does have text messages saved to her cell phone that were between her and Mitchell.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] said she is safe and she is staying with her parents in [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. I advised if Mitchell comes around her and she does not feel safe to call law enforcement. I advised [REDACTED BY AGENCY] on how to obtain a Temporary Protection Order (TPO) against Mitchell.
