On June 23, 2026, I, Detective Maryska, was contacted by [VICTIM #1] (resident at [200 BLOCK] Avery Cove Canton, GA) in reference to an allegation of identity fraud. [VICTIM #1] informed me that he received a collections letter. In the letter, Ragan and Ragan PC was attempting to collect a debt for a Carvana LLC purchase. According to the letter, as of April 30, 2023, an outstanding debt of $16,348.17 to Carvana Group LLC was owed by [VICTIM #1] (account ending in *[REDACTED]). Ragan & Ragan had assumed the debt and was looking to settle for $8,093.38.
