I was dispatched to the listed address (Tudor Branch Clubhouse) in reference to a trouble with subject.
Upon arrival I spoke with the complainant, [WITNESS #1], and involved other, [WITNESS #2]. [WITNESS #1] stated her juv lifeguard on duty texted her stating that a white woman in a black two piece bathing suit, was yelling profanity at her, and sat in her guard tower chair. [WITNESS #1] stated she introduced herself to the subject, Kimberly Parrish, and stated that she needed to leave, not only because she was yelling profanity at the life guard and having alcohol on the premises, but due to her not having an active pool membership. After Parrish told [WITNESS #1] that she was not leaving, she called the HOA President ([WITNESS #2]).
[WITNESS #2] stated he arrived on scene and talked with Parrish for a few minutes and throughout the interaction she was ostentatiously yelling and cussing. [WITNESS #2] stated he advised Parrish multiple times that she needed to leave, and when she again said no, he walked inside.
When speaking with Parrish she was acting very disorderly by yelling profanity at me. I advised her multiple times that she needed to leave the premises, which she stated she was not going to. I told her to stand up and leave the premises and she stated that I, “Needed to go back to kindergarten to get educated.”
I then advised her one more time that she needed to stand up and leave, which was when I grabbed her right arm with my left and Deputy Gilliam grabbed her left arm. She swung her arm at me and Deputy Gilliam in attempts to prevent us from detaining her. She then stood up, squared her chest to me and put her hands down by her side. Parrish continued yelling profanity at me while her juvenile children were around the table she was sitting at. I advised Parrish multiple times to place her hands behind her back while Deputy Gilliam and I attempted to detain her. She kept flailing her arms, almost striking me multiple times, which was when I gently escorted her to the ground and was able to successfully place Parrish in handcuffs.
I placed Parrish in the rear of my patrol car. Where she continuously stated that she did not do anything. While en route to CCDC, her demeanor changed and she kept apologizing for how she acted. While in intake, she walked in and immediately stated, “I did it.” She saw that I had a scratch on my wrist and asked if it was from her, to which she said, “I didn’t mean to hurt you.”
I explained the facts to Magistrate Judge Morgan who issued a warrant for Obstruction or Hindering Law Enforcement Officers (16 10 24) and Disorderly Conduct (16 11 39).
A written statement was filled out by [WITNESS #1] and turned into records. Parrish obtained a minor abrasion on her upper right shoulder, which is attached to the evidence drive.
