On August 5, 2026, I recieved a call in regards to disorderly conduct at 130 Fischer Marketplace Ln (La Parilla).
Upon my arrival I met with manager, [WITNESS #1], who stated there was a male who was being beligerant. [REDACTED BY AGENCY], a server, stated Aaron was trying to talk to her and she was trying to serve tables. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was walking around the bar where the male was sitting and as she was walking around him Aaron used his right hand and slapped her buttocks. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] notified [WITNESS #1] and Aaron was asked to leave the restraunt.
Aaron was escorted out of the restraunt and left. I contacted Aaron via phone and spoke with him about the incident. Aaron stated he was talking with a server and was attempting to thank [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and went to tap her back but accidently hit her buttocks. Aaron then stated the staff then escorted him out of the restraunt. I asked Aaron if he could meet me at the restraunt to speak about the tab. Aaron stated he was intoxicated and could not drive but would take an Uber.
I reviewed video footage provided by LaParilla and it shows Aaron sitting at the corner of the bar top. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was walking around the bar corner and Aaron used his right hand and slapped her buttocks as she was walking by. While speaking with [WITNESS #1] she stated the make was constantly calling the restraunt yelling and it was scaring the employees. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [WITNESS #1] seemed visibly shaken by the incident. [WITNESS #1] will be sending the video via email.
