On 14 July 2026 at approximately 7:53 PM, I, Officer Manning, responded to a non-family violence dispute at the victim’s residence.

Upon arrival, I observed CPL Wade pursuing and beginning to apprehend a subject who was running from the scene. I was advised that the subject had been drinking prior to the incident. According to information provided on scene, the subject used closed fists raised above his head and smashed both hands down onto a vehicle that the victim was sitting inside. When the victim attempted to leave the area, the subject retrieved a knife and stabbed one of the vehicle’s tires, preventing the victim from leaving.

Once the subject was apprehended, a search was conducted, and a green leafy substance (suspected marijuana) was located in the subject’s front right pocket.

The subject was detained, placed in handcuffs, which were double-locked and checked for proper fit, and searched for any additional contraband. The subject was then placed in the rear seat of a previously searched patrol vehicle and transported to the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office for further processing. Suspect was also advised that he is criminal tresspassed from the highpoints apartments.
