On 8/30/2026 at 0047hrs, I Deputy Sheriff Henderson responded to [30 BLOCK] Morris Rd in reference to criminal trespass.

Upon arrival I spoke to, [WITNESS #1]. [WITNESS #1] advised that one of his neighbors (Williams, Anthony) came to his house and knocked on his door. [WITNESS #1] advised that the male became irate and told him to watch his mouth. [WITNESS #1] advised that the male then left and went back across the street and pointed out the house that he went to. I then walked across the street where a male identified as [WITNESS #2].

I then made contact with Mr. [WITNESS #2] and asked if he was at his neighbors house and he said he wasn’t. I then asked Mr. [WITNESS #2] who else lived at the residence and he stated his wife, grand daughter, and his son was just at the residence but he made him leave. Mr. [WITNESS #2] advised that Anthony was causing problems at his house and cussing out his wife so he told him to leave sense he doesn’t live there. I then advised Mr. [WITNESS #2] that I believed his son Anthony was behind his house due to his neighbor seeing him come back over to the residence. Mr. [WITNESS #2] then gave me permission to look behind his house.

I then looked out Mr. [WITNESS #2] back door and observed someone sitting in the building behind the residence. I then went and made contact with Anthony and asked him why he was at the neighbors house. Anthony denied being at the neighbors house but even his father was telling him to stop lying. I then got Anthony’s information and asked him to walk back to my patrol car with me. Anthony began asking me not to take him in and I advised him that I wasn’t. I then advised Anthony that I just needed him to walk back to my vehicle so I could run his information. After going back and forth with Anthony for a while, he slow began making progress towards the front of the house. Anthony then stopped at the front of the house and began getting loud and argumentized again.

I then made the decision to detain Anthony due to his erratic behavior. Anthony was detained in handcuffs behind his back. While detaining Anthony I could smell a strong odor of alcohol coming from his person. I then escorted Anthony to my patrol car where [WITNESS #1] confirmed that he was the one that came to his door. I then asked [WITNESS #1] if he would like Anthony criminally trespassed and he advised that he would. I then advised 911 to add the criminal trespass into the system.

I then escorted Anthony back to Mr. [WITNESS #2] residence and had to argue with him about having a seat on the step while I spoke with Mr. [WITNESS #2]. Mr. [WITNESS #2] advised that Anthony doesn’t live at the location and confirmed that he would also like him criminally trespassed due to him disrespecting his wife and causing a disturbance in his home. I then had 911 add that criminal trespass as well.

Anthony then again became irate and began cussing me out and telling me to take him out of handcuffs. I then advised Anthony that we would walk back to get his shoes and I would then take him out of handcuffs. Once we got back to the building behind the house, I removed Anthony from handcuffs and told him to get his shoes. Anthony then began getting his shoes and making comments about how I better not touch him. Anthony was also making threats but would stop just before he finished his statements.

Once Anthony finally put his shoes on and proceeded out of the building he continued to yell and cuss and cause a disturbance. I then observed that the residence beside Mr. [WITNESS #2] had come out of their house and into their yard to see what was going on. Anthony was making comments along the lines of “These bit*h a*s retards”, “Say your name bit*h” “You’re a bit*h”. I told Anthony approximately 5 times to leave and that I didn’t want to lock him up.

While walking to the road Anthony stated “Take everything off and come talk to me if you want to, you think youre trained” “You think you could do something” “Ill throw my shirt over you and beat you”. As Anthony began walking off the property, I explained to him the criminal trespass. Anthony then began yelling again and causing a disturbance while walking in the roadway. While in the roadway, Anthony was still cussing and yelling. He was also yelling “nig*a” while in roadway. I then went to my patrol car and began cleaning my hands as Anthony was walking down the road. Anthony then stated “You’re a who*e” “Ill making you scream like a twelve-year-old girl”. Anthony then called [WITNESS #1] a snitch as he walked by his house, this provoked a response out of [WITNESS #1].

I then made the decision to arrest Anthony for disorderly conduct. I then told Anthony to come here but he refused and kept walking. Anthony eventually stopped and I walked to over to him while he was stating “I don’t want to go to Jail”. I then told Anthony he was under arrest. He then turned away from me and said “no man”. I then grabbed Anthony’s arm and began putting it behind his back. Anthony then tensed up and I advised him not to. Anthony then spun so that he was then facing me.

I then advised 911 to start me another unit. I then put Anthony’s hand behind his back again and he spun again. I then wrapped my arms around Anthony’s waist and slammed him to the ground. I then told Anthony again to stop resisting and put his hand behind his back. I then advised 911 that I was in a fight. I then told Anthony two times to put his hand behind his back. Anthony then untense and I had control of his left hand. I then began to reach for my handcuffs and Anthony quickly spun and started to get up.

I then got off of Anthony and back onto my feet. Anthony then stood up and took off running. I then drew my county issued taser and activated it. I then aimed it at Anthony and discharged it into his back. The progs hit Anthony, splitting his belt line and causing his body to lock up. Anthony then fell to the ground and began screaming. Anthony then put his hands up and stated “Alright, you got me”. I then began giving Anthony command to roll onto his stomach and put his hand on the lower of his back. Anthony complied but then started pulling the taser prongs out. I then advised Anthony not to pull the progs out and informed him if he got up he would be tased again. I then held Anthony at taser point until back up arrived due to him still acting erratic.

Once I had another unit, We scurred Anthony in handcuffs. I then sat Anthony up on his butt so he could recover. I then removed the taser prongs by stretching the skin around them and quickly yanking them out. I then advised 911 to start EMS to check on Anthony. I then noticed that my watch had broke off my wrist during the struggle with Anthony. My knuckles also got scrapped up during the struggle and were visually bleeding.

Anthony was checked out by EMS and then transported to the Jail. The Jail requested that Anthony be transported to the hospital due to his elbow being swollen. Once at the hospital and in a room, Anthony pulled out and wad of black gloves and he stole out of the back of Sgt. Daniel patrol car while being transported. Once cleared by the hospital, Anthony was again transported to the jail and turned over to Jail staff.

Anthony will also be charged with Terroristic Threats and Acts but it cant be added due to IBR errors.
