On 04/22/2022, I, Deputy Broadwater, was dispatched to 2005 West Highway 16 at the Little Giant Farmers Market in reference to a dispute involving a male and female arguing in the parking lot.

While in route, 911 communications advised that two separate callers had advised that the female was waving a gun around while screaming and cursing. When deputies arrived, she was inside the front passenger seat and was screaming, cursing and grabbing the window pulling on it and appeared to be upset. I observed her younger, 7 year old; brother was in the back seat behind her.

Rudolph was heard screaming and cursing when we arrived on scene. When she was told to exit the vehicle, she immediately put her hand into her pocket and ignored commands to put her hands up. She was placed into handcuffs behind her back double locked and checked for fit. Rudolph was placed into the previously cleared rear seat of the patrol vehicle.

I spoke with the male party involved whom stated that Rudolph was upset because they had not talked today and that she called him a “Piece of sh*t.” The male did not wish to press charges on Rudolph for her hitting him or anything that occurred during the argument.

A handgun was found in the floorboard behind the driver seat where the male party was seating when we arrived on scene. The male, [VICTIM #1], and Rudolph both claimed that the firearm was not involved during the argument.

After reviewing camera footage at no point, could we see a handgun in the female’s hands. She did however in front of her 7 year old brother, grab [VICTIM #1] and pull him against the vehicle calling him a “Piece of sh*t”. Rudolph was seen on video hitting [VICTIM #1] while they were arguing.

Rudolph was then placed under arrest for disorderly conduct and transported to Coweta County Jail.

BWC was activated.
