On 6/21/26, I Ofc Bradstreet responded to a traffic stop conducted by Ofc Manning in reference to a DUI investigation.

I arrived on scene and made contact with Ofc Manning. He stated that the vehicle was all over the road and had crossed the center line several times and the vehicle had an expired registration. I then approached the driver side of the other vehicle and made contact with the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, Hannah Davis. I immediately detected the odor of alcoholic beverage coming from the vehicle. I then asked her to step out of the vehicle. She complied and stepped out.

I then asked her where she was coming from. She stated that she was at a child’s birthday party. I then asked her if she had anything to drink tonight. She stated that she had not had anything to drink tonight, but immediately stated that she had a margarita with dinner at approximately 1800 hours. I then asked if she would be willing to participate in Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs). She agreed to these tests. I began the battery with the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus test (HGN).

HGN 6/6 Clues

I began HGN by medically qualifying Hannah. I checked for equal tracking, equal pupil size, and resting nystagmus. I then observed lack of smooth pursuit, distinct and sustained nystagmus at maximum deviation, and onset of nystagmus prior to 45 degrees in both of her eyes. I also observed her swaying in a circular motion during this test. I then moved on to the Walk and Turn (W/T)

W/T 6/8 Clues

I then began the W/T test by placing Hannah in the starting position and instructing her not to move until instructed to do so. She could not maintain her balance in this position. I then demonstrated and explained the test to Hannah. She stated that she understood. I observed Hannah use her arms for balance, miss heel to toe steps, conduct an improper turn, step off line, and take an incorrect number of steps. I then moved on to the One Leg Stand (OLS)

OLS 3/4 Clues

I then began the OLS test. I explained and demonstrated the test to Hannah. She stated that she understood and did not have any questions. She then began the test. I observed her placing her foot down prior to 30 seconds, swaying, and using her arms for balance.

I then asked her if she would be willing to blow into my PBT. She agreed. The result was a .14. I then placed her in handcuffs behind her back, checked for fit, and double locked. I advised her that she was under arrest for DUI. I then secured her in the rear of my patrol vehicle and read her implied consent from my green agency issued card and requested the state test of her breath. Hannah agreed to this test.

The vehicle was left in the parking lot. I then transported Hannah to the Coweta County Jail where I conducted the state administered breath test on the Intoxilyzer 9000. My permit number is [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Hannah provided 2 samples. The first was a .135 and the second was a .135.

A DDS1205 form was completed and a temporary license was issued. Hannah was cited for DUI and Failure to Maintain Lane.
