On 14 September 2026 at around 8:30 pm I Ofc Manning and fellow Newnan Police Department units responded to a supicious activity call in the Target Parking lot.
Upon arrivial several vehicles from a gathering in the parking lot was trying to leave quickly, when we identified the vehicle in question. The rear passenger in the vehicle, got out of the vehicle and approached me stating, he caused damage to another’s vehicle and just wanted to fight the victim. Offender was arrested and transported to the Coweta County Jail for further processing.
