On August 15, 2026 at approximately 0956 hours, I, Cpl. J. Harris responded to [80 BLOCK] Newnan Lakes Blvd Apartment [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to an assault.
Upon arrival, I spoke with the Victim. Immediately while speaking with the victim, I observed red marks on the left side of his face, marks on his neck, and chest. The victim advised [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and him got into an argument so he separated himself. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and approximately 10 minutes later she showed up with her boyfriend. The boyfriend (Offender) then choked, punched, smacked, and threw an object at the victim. The offender was placed under arrest and an incident report was completed.
