On 08/22/2025 at approximately 1229, I, Ofc. Fowler #551 with the City of Newnan Police Department, answered a call for service at Walmart located at 1025 Bullsboro Dr in reference to criminal trespass.

Upon arrival at the scene, I met with Cpl. Cook #476, who was working off-duty as a courtesy officer. Cpl. Cook advised me that a female subject, identified as Ms. Jade Burch, was yelling profanities at another customer and was getting in the customers face trying to start a fight. Cpl. Cook then separated the two parties when Walmart Loss Prevention notified Cpl. Cook that they wanted Ms. Jade criminally trespassed from the property.

The customer who Ms. Jade was yelling at was not on scene when I arrived.

Ms. Jade was then placed into custody for NPD 14-61 Disorderly Conduct. The handcuffs were placed behind the back, checked for fit, and double locked. Ms. Jade was placed into the rear seat of my patrol vehicle and secured with a seatbelt. Ms. Jade was then transported to the Coweta County Jail and upon arrival Ms. Jade was turned over to jail staff for booking. While at the jail I completed a City Summons (CV06273) charging Ms. Jade with NPD 14-61 Disorderly Conduct. The rear seat was cleared before and after transport, to which no items were located.

Ms. Jade was also criminally trespassed per [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Walmart Loss Prevention). Ms. Jade was advised of this to which she acknowledged that she understood. This information was sent to Dispatch to be added in RMS.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] received a case card in reference to this incident. [REDACTED BY AGENCY]
